Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning on [DATE/TIME] for the system update to take place. The new system will go live [DATE/TIME].
Once the new system is live, you will need to follow the steps below to log in for the first time.
Enter your current User ID and Password.
You will be prompted to complete the confirmation code process via text or phone call to the number we have on file for your account. Once the confirmation code is received, enter this into the system.
You will then be prompted to set up a new password and security questions. Once set-up you will be logged into Online Banking.
Scheduled payments within Bill Pay will be processed as usual. All payee information and scheduled payments will carry over to the new systems. Bill Pay History will NOT be carried over. Please be sure to download your Bill Pay History prior to the start of our downtown.
Your current eStatements settings will not be transferred over to the new systems. Please be sure to download your eStatements records prior to DATE. Once the new system is live, you will need to re-enroll for eStatements.
The update will include a new alerts system. Any alerts you have set up will not transfer over to the new system. You will want to make note of any alerts you have currently set up prior to the beginning of our downtime. Once the new system is live, you need to set up your alerts.
As part of the upgrade, we are also launching a newly updated Mobile Banking App. The new app will be available to download by the end of the day on DATE. Once you have downloaded the new app, you may delete the old app.
